A Partner of Deloitte in Spain and the United Kingdom for 10 years, he has advised Spanish financial institution based in both countries and has carried out a number of complex projects in areas such as internal control (processes, risks and controls), the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards, the provision of accounting advice in complex transactions, IPOs (IBEX 35), regulatory projects and due diligence of business groups.
